Inner Child Therapy in Vancouver

Your inner child carries the emotions, experiences, and unmet needs from your past. Sometimes, these can shape how you feel and respond to the world today.
Healing your inner child is a kind and empowering process where we gently explore those wounds, release old patterns, and meet the needs that were left unfulfilled.
Together, we’ll help you build self-compassion, strengthen emotional resilience, and create deeper, more fulfilling connections—with yourself and the people in your life.

Understanding Younger Parts of Yourself

Your inner child may hold emotions, body responses, and beliefs that were shaped during earlier relationships and experiences. These younger parts may show up through guilt, shame, fear, sadness, people-pleasing, anger, loneliness, or a longing to feel seen and cared for.

In therapy, we can gently listen to these parts and explore what they needed then, what they may still be asking for now, and how your adult self can begin to relate to them with more care.
